Gradient Popsicles

Whether it’s a hot day, or just the crave of having something sweet and refreshing, this super-duper easy, sugar-free popsicle recipe is perfect for you! It’s equally as delicious as it is instagram friendly!!


Ingredients

  • Greek Yogurt

  • Whole Milk

  • Honey

  • Blue Spirulina Powder

  • Pink Pitaya Powder


Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the greek yogurt and a splash whole milk together.

  2. Add the honey in until the mixture reaches the perfect sweetness for you.

  3. Divide the mixture into 2 separate bowls. 

  4. In the first bowl, add a little bit of the Blue Spirulina Powder to create a baby blue. Then, in the second bowl, add some Pink Pitaya Powder to create a light pink! Remember: A little goes a long way!!

  5. Grab another bowl and pour in equal amounts of the blue and pink mixture to create a purple color.

  6. Get your popsicle moulds and have fun pouring in the blue, purple, and pink mixtures to create beautiful popsicles! 

  7. Finally, let your popsicles sit in the freezer overnight.

  8. Enjoy them the next day!!
